1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Full Service Pros ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all restoration, repair, and related services provided by Full Service Pros.

2. Service Agreement

2.1. Our services include but are not limited to water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, roofing services, and biohazard cleanup.

2.2. By engaging our services, you authorize Full Service Pros to perform necessary work as outlined in the service agreement or verbal agreement for emergency services.

2.3. Emergency services may begin before written authorization to prevent further damage to the property.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2. For insurance claims, you remain responsible for any deductibles, uncovered charges, or amounts not paid by insurance.

3.3. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month.

4. Insurance Claims

4.1. We will assist with insurance claims but cannot guarantee coverage.

4.2. You authorize us to communicate directly with your insurance company regarding the work performed.

4.3. Insurance claim assistance does not transfer responsibility for payment.

5. Warranties and Limitations

5.1. We warrant our workmanship for periods specified in individual service agreements.

5.2. Material warranties are limited to manufacturer warranties.

5.3. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not directly related to our services.

6. Property Access and Conditions

6.1. You grant us necessary access to perform services during regular business hours or as agreed.

6.2. You warrant that the property is in a safe condition for our workers.

6.3. You are responsible for removing valuable or sensitive items from work areas.

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

7.2. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses not directly caused by our services.

7.3. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from pre-existing conditions.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1. Emergency services cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

8.2. Non-emergency services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice.

8.3. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in service agreements.

9. Documentation and Communication

9.1. We document conditions and work through photos, videos, and written reports.

9.2. You authorize us to use project documentation for training and marketing, excluding personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
